THE UGOM ANNUAL EVENT TO TAKE PLACE ON 29TH NOVEMBER 2014 WITH THE THEME: “LET US TALK ABOUT IT”

Uganda Gay On Move (UGOM) community management wishes to extent you a warm invitation to forth coming annual event on 29th-November-2014 in a bid to mitigate measures for the safety, equality and prosperity of the LGBTI community of which this will be as a result of empowering the activists to do more on pushing for their rights as well as equipping the victims( LGBTI persons) with tools like education, healthcare, shelter, legal aid which is all a good foundation for a better future of the LGBT community both in the diaspora and in our motherlands. We shall too talk about the re-importation of homophobia and hate into the safe havens and how to go about it.
This year’s event will have a theme “Let us talk about it” and in this will entail various views on how to discuss ways to create a safety life of all LGBTI persons in the diaspora and those that are still home in our motherlands. In this event we intend to focus on trying to put a feeling in someone to imagine him or her self as LGBTI.
“I put my self in their shoes and my heart started to change…….” Human Sexuality, lets talk about it!

Various speakers from all spheres of life are expected to tackle on the message behind the theme. This will allow the audience to bring in their views on the subject.
The event is scheduled to take place on 29th-November-2014 commencing at 1:00 o’clock at the Oude Lutherse Kerk Amsterdam Spui.
More is yet to come with regard to the development of this wonderful annual event.
